Orders and Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayPal and WooPayments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Memberships

If you register for Underdog Hoops University or another membership, we collect your account details, including name and email address, to manage your access to member content and any recurring subscription billing.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.

Analytics

We use Burst Statistics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand site traffic. We also use Google Analytics and Google Site Kit to measure site performance and store conversions. Media

For registered users, we store the personal information in your user profile, which you can see, edit, or delete at any time, except your username. Order records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
