Underdog Hoops Family,
Quarter One has been a powerful reminder of what consistency and community can build together.
We have officially surpassed 200,000 followers across all Underdog Hoops platforms, and that number still feels unreal to type out. What started as a small page sharing drills, thoughts, and lessons from the game has grown into a movement of coaches, players, and basketball minds who all believe in getting better every single day.
Our growth has never been about shortcuts. It has been about showing up.
We post blogs three times a week that focus on real coaching problems and real solutions. We share basketball plays four days a week, and that is now increasing to six days a week. We are committed to delivering value consistently, and the results continue to show.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are more excited than ever about what is coming next. Here are a few goals we are working toward behind the scenes:
• Expanding Underdog Hoops social media to reach even more coaches worldwide
• Featuring more coaches, referees, and contributors from our community
• Growing the weekly podcast with deeper conversations and more diverse voices
• Creating more interactive content that helps coaches apply ideas immediately
• Continuing to build resources like Underdog Hoops University that support coaches at every level
Social media is going to take a big jump this year, and with that comes new opportunities to spotlight the people who make this community special.
We want you involved.
If you have a basketball play you want to share, do not hesitate to send it our way. Include your Instagram username when you submit it. Throughout the year, we will be selecting and featuring coaches from the community across our platforms.
If you are not already signed up for the newsletter, make sure you are. This is where you will get weekly updates, new resources, podcast drops, and behind the scenes insights on everything happening at Underdog Hoops.
We also host a weekly podcast that drops every Sunday, and we would love to bring more coaches and referees into the conversation. If you have a story, experience, or perspective to share, there is a seat at the table for you.
Thank you for being part of this journey. The growth has been constant, but the best part has always been the people.
More to come soon.
